Meals Week 2

Breakfast:

Not the healthiest breakfast, but this is my son's favorite! We tend to make this about once a week, or once every other week. Cinnamon rolls, scrambled cheesy eggs, and organic strawberries and blueberries.

Quick breakfast while my son is on spring break so we could hit up the beach! Kodiak waffles, organic maple syrup, scrambled cheesy eggs, organic banana, and organic blueberries!

I swear I don't think I'll ever make pancakes the normal way again 😂 This breakfast I just made up the normal amount of Kodiak pancake mix, spread it on a baking sheet with parchment paper and baked for 10-15 min at 350 degrees. My son loves chocolate chip pancakes and my daughter loves blueberry ones, so I just halved each one!
Served with cheesy scrambled eggs, organic bananas and organic strawberries!

This was super easy to make, air fryer French toast! I used sour dough bread, cut it into fours, dip one at a time into the batter, and put into a pre heated air fryer until crisped! Also made with a boiled egg and organic strawberries and blueberries!

Lunch:

Air fried sour dough grilled cheese! We ran super late after going to the splash pad, so we needed a quick and easy lunch! This took about 10 minutes to make. Also with sliced pears, and veggie sticks.

Tuna salad with hidden cherry tomatoes on pita! Also sliced cucumber's and peaches for my son, sliced peaches and avocado for my daughter!

Spring break is slowing to an end and I can finally slow down! Sour dough turkey sandwiches with Colby cheese, sliced peaches, cucumbers and organic baby carrots!

Sometimes you need breakfast for lunch! Avocado toast, turkey bacon, scrambled cheesy eggs, and pineapple!

Dinner:

My kids absolutely love chicken wings and my son may have an obsession with watermelon. Literally asks for it every night! These chicken wings are from Publix deli and threw them in the air fryer to crisp up! Also made with corn, carrots, and asparagus and cheesy orzo! If you're interested in the orzo recipe, I have listed it below! I do modify that recipe, as I use shredded colby jack cheese instead of parmesan, but I think both are amazing!

We decided fo grill out some yummy corn, cheesy hamburger, air fried sweet potato fries and watermelon! My kids absolutely LOVE corn on the cob!

Fettuccine noodles with spaghetti sauce! Steamed veggies, mandarin oranges, and choice of cheese!

This dinner was made on a whim. I baked salmon and I thought I had orzo, we had none. I was sick of the normal mac and cheese so here I found a super easy baked Mac and cheese with protein penne. Also with steamed veggies and watermelon. I've listed the recipe below for the baked Mac and cheese!
